Payment for all orders is due two weeks prior to the scheduled due date. Orders over $100 require a 50% deposit one month in advance to secure the date. Failure to submit payment by the required deadlines may result in order cancellation. Orders placed with less than two weeks’ notice are subject to a $10 rush fee, and payment must be completed by 8:00 PM on the day the invoice is received.

Cancellations made at least one week prior to the due date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within one week of the due date will receive a 50% refund.

Allergy information must be provided at the time of ordering. While efforts can be made to avoid specific allergens upon request, Chaotic Cakehouse is not an allergen-free environment. Products may come into contact with allergens. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk and agrees that Chaotic Cakehouse is not liable for allergic reactions.
